Sign in and manage your account

Last updated:

Before you start

  • You need a browser and the address https://app.enydea.com/login.
  • To create an account you need an e-mail address you can open, and a credit or debit card. The card is verified at no charge to start your 14-day free trial. See Plans and billing.

Create an account

  1. Open https://app.enydea.com/login.
  2. Click Start free trial. The New to Enydea? banner and the button at the bottom of the sign-in page do the same.
  3. On the plan page, choose Starter or Professional. You can also pick the currency (EUR or USD), add extras under Customize Your Plan - Add Power-Ups, choose Monthly or Yearly (Yearly is not available for Professional), and enter a discount code under Have a discount code?. For what each plan includes, see Pricing.
  4. Click Continue to Account Details.
  5. Under Personal Information, fill in Full Name, Email Address and Password. A checklist under the password ticks off the rules as you type.
  6. Under Company Information, fill in Company Name, VAT Number, Address, Postal Code, City, State/Province and Country. Suggestions from Google Places can fill several of these fields as you type.
  7. Click Create Account. The dialog Verify your card says that you pay nothing today, what is charged when the 14-day trial ends, and that you will be redirected to the payment page.
  8. Confirm the dialog. You go to the hosted checkout of the payment provider, Mollie, and enter a credit or debit card there. Mollie verifies it with a payment of zero; your bank may ask you to confirm. Nothing is charged.
  9. After the verification you return to the Enydea sign-in page. A message says to check your mailbox to activate your account, and to check your spam folder if nothing arrives. You also receive an e-mail with the subject Your Enydea free trial has started.
  10. Open the e-mail with the subject Thank you for registering and click the link in it. The sign-in page opens and shows Email verified you can now login!.
  11. Sign in.

Note: Each e-mail address and each Full Name can belong to only one account. Capitals in an e-mail address do not matter: [email protected] and [email protected] are the same account.

Create Account becomes available when Full Name, Email Address, Company Name and a valid password are filled in.

The password rule

A password needs At least 8 characters and Letters and numbers (or symbols) — or 12+ characters of anything. So from 8 to 11 characters it must mix two kinds (letters, digits, other characters); from 12 to 128 characters anything goes. Passwords suggested by a browser or password manager meet the rule. Enydea checks it again on the server when you sign up or reset a password.

Tip: After your first sign-in, open Settings -> Account -> Company information and check your address and billing details. See Settings reference.

Sign up with a social account

On the Create Account page, click Sign up with Google, Sign up with Facebook, Sign up with LinkedIn or Sign up with Microsoft. Follow the prompts of that provider. You return to Enydea, confirm your company details, and continue to the card verification as above. The sign-in page also has Continue with buttons. For a person without an account they create one and continue the same way.

An account made with a social button has no password you know. To sign in with e-mail as well, set one with Forgot Password?.

  1. Open https://app.enydea.com/login.
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password. The eye icon shows or hides the password.
  3. Click Sign In. Or click Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, Continue with LinkedIn or Continue with Microsoft.
  4. If two-factor authentication is on, enter the six digits from your authenticator app. The code is submitted after the sixth digit. If the code is wrong, Token failed appears and the dialog opens again.

You land on the Dashboard.

The Remember Me checkbox is ticked by default. Signing in does not depend on it. The app keeps you signed in on this browser until you click Log out or the session expires.

Sign in with a social account

As with e-mail sign-in, a disabled account is refused, and an account without a paid subscription goes to the plan page. A social button opens an existing account with the same e-mail address only when the provider confirms the address, and then also counts the address as verified. Google and LinkedIn confirm a verified address, Microsoft the address you sign in to Microsoft with. Facebook never does, so Continue with Facebook does not open an account you made with e-mail and password. If you cancel at the provider, a message such as Sign-in with Google was cancelled. appears and you return to the sign-in page.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter your Email Address and click Send Reset Link. The message Reset e-mail sent. Check your inbox (and spam folder). appears. If no account uses the address, Unknown e-mail address appears instead.

  4. The page Choose a new password opens. Under E-mail, enter the address you sign in with. Enter the password under New password and again under Repeat new password. The checklist shows which rules are met, and Passwords match or The passwords do not match appears under the second field. The eye icon shows the passwords.
  5. Click Set new password. While it is greyed out, a line under it says what is missing, for example The two passwords do not match. After saving, Password updated. Log in with your new password. appears and you go to the sign-in page.

If the page says This reset link belongs to a different e-mail address. Enter the address you sign in with., enter the address the e-mail was sent to. Link incorrect or expired or Token incorrect means the link was used or a newer one exists: request a new one. A completed reset also verifies your e-mail address; a reset request makes the Thank you for registering link stop working.

To start a reset while you are signed in, open Settings -> Account -> Password Management, click Request Password Reset, enter your e-mail address and click Send Reset Email. The Password field in Account Information does not change your password.

Turn on two-factor authentication

  1. Open Settings -> Account. Use the gear icon at the bottom of the left menu to open Settings.
  2. In the Activate Two Factor Authentication card, click Get QR-code.
  3. Scan the code with an authenticator app, such as the Google or Microsoft authenticator. The entry is named Enydea.
  4. Type the code from the app into After adding fill in the code.
  5. Click Verify. The card changes to Two-factor Authentication and says it is activated.

Each click on Get QR-code creates a new code. Scan the newest one.

To turn it off, click Reset or deactivate two-factor authentication in the same card. Two-factor stops at once. To use it again, repeat the steps above.

Change the language

You can switch language in two places:

  • On the sign-in page, use Language at the top right.
  • In the app, open Settings -> Account. In the Account settings block, use Language.

Choose English, Nederlands, Français or Deutsch. The app reloads in that language and remembers your choice in this browser.

Note: Some screens stay in English in every language: Social Media, Google Ads, Action Items, Chats, Files and AI Agents, and parts of Leadfinder, Mailbox and Advertising.

Switch between light and dark theme

In the footer of the left menu, click the theme icon. Its tooltip reads Toggle to dark theme or Toggle to bright theme. Your choice is saved on your account, so it follows you to other browsers.

Switch accounts on one browser

Every account that signs in on a browser is remembered by that browser. When two or more accounts have signed in, a Switch Account icon appears in the footer of the left menu.

  1. Click Switch Account.
  2. Choose the account. The current account is greyed out. The app reloads and shows that account.
  3. To add another account, click Add Account in the same menu and sign in on the page that opens.

One login belongs to one company. To work in two companies, use two logins.

Sign out

Click the Log out icon in the footer of the left menu.
